As a data-driven company, Cardlytics knows the importance of building a strong internal culture and communication system—especially when navigating the complexities of rapid growth and a shift to a distributed workforce. Working a team of VPs, team directors, IT professionals, and communication strategists we developed thoughtful UX and UI design while interviewing each of more than a dozen internal teams to make ensure that the Lumapps intranet we built could be essential for every user, team, and group across Cardlytics’ workforce.
