Custodian is a digital platform for distributing, managing, tracking and reporting on custom interactive experiences, primarily for in-store demos.

Retail marketers need to reach people where they are, and a specialized platform is needed to extend visibility and control into those locations. A jumble of disconnected tools just won't cut it. Custodian aims to solve these challenges by offering a centralized platform for managing interactive content and monitoring the performance of those interactions. It also handles chain-of-custody tracking for the devices on which it has been installed.

The platform, which consists of remote clients and a central hub built on Azure, ensures our clients can offer optimal experiences to their retail partners. We developed it for device management specifically in environments that must support heavy-use customer demonstrations. It's a Windows Service and collection of APIs that run in the background to monitor experiences and ensure uptime, stats collection, and updates to the experience. 

Custodian has already been deployed to hundreds of retail locations across the US and Canada, and we're just getting started.
