Often times intranet platforms are pretty good out of the box, they do enough, maybe you make some compromises, maybe you change your process, but you’re happy enough in the end. Other times you pair a demanding (in a good way!) client with an extendable platform and you BEND THAT PLATFORM TO YOUR WILL.
In just 44 days we worked perfectly in sync to develop full UI and UX design for their platform and all their business units and product line teams as well as extensive content strategy for a full content migration of 14,000 pages (you read that right) from Confluence.

Most importantly, we leveraged LumApp’s custom SDK to develop several technical integrations and custom platform widgets (with two more on the way!). Including: the first customer bulletin board Slack app for Lumapps, designed to provide a real-time feed of Slack posts/updates from some of their most trafficked channels right in LumApps. A custom Glean AI search experience that works in tandem with LumApps. Along with new apps for Jira and Workday built on their brand new micro-app platform to enable cross platform based inputs without leaving Lumapps.
