An interactive wall for Puma's flagship store in NYC that helps shoppers decide, buy and run!

Nitro. Velocity. Deviate. No, not retired American Gladiators. (ILY Zap!) They are PUMA's newest running shoe line and they have some explaining to do.

We designed a digital experience that drives an engaging, vibrant to customers in their flagship NYC store while delivering detailed shopping analytics to Puma. How do you use interactive technology to sell shoes? Literally where the rubber meets the road.

The system is incorporated into the product wall itself, built by our partner, EWI, a worldwide leader in creating events, exhibits, pop-ups and permanent retail spaces for brands of all types.

When customers select a shoe, and NFC sticker in the sole triggers the screens to come to life, reacting to your exact product selection by playing a custom animated experience, showing choosable options, detailed specifications and immersing the customer in the branded design story of the shoe you selected. Magic.

Supported by Harmony, the custom retail management platform we built for EWI, data and insights are gathered continuously and delivered to a dashboard.
